What is Student Technology & Planning?

The primary goal of ICT Student Technology & Planning (STP) is to bring different groups together to address university and state-wide technology issues. This includes strategic and tactical planning activities, funding proposals, analysis of future technologies, assessment of technology effectiveness, and communication of technology services and issues. Examples of this include development and execution of collaborative planning events, creation of state funding proposals, and the management of the student technology fee expenditure process.

Equipment Rental Program

Student Technology offers equipment rentals such as laptops, projectors and screens, iPads, digital cameras, and camcorders to students and faculty/staff at NMSU.
You can find our office at Hardman & Jacobs Undergraduate Learning Center (HJULC) room 103 or you can visit the Equipment Rental Webpage


ICT Help Desk

For password or login issues, computer issues, or device issues, visit our Help Desk located inside Hardman & Jacobs Undergraduate Learning Center (HJULC) room 105.
Summer Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, closed Saturday and Sunday.
